3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. raw hot sausage
1 cup grated cheese
3 Tbls. water

Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.  Roll into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

2 -8 oz. philly cream cheese
2 small green onions (chopped fine)
2 tsp. Garlic salt —–(I use 1-1/2 tsp.)
2 tbls. Ketchup
2 tsp. Worchestershire
5 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)

Combine all ingredients and roll in finely chopped parsley and serve with crackers.  You can add more bacon or other ingredients, depending on what you like.  Can also shape like a pine cone and add almonds on top.
