¾ c. brown sugar
1½ c. powdered sugar
¼ c. melted butter
2 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
½ c. butter

Mix sugars, butter and peanut butter together and pat into a 13” x 9” pan.  Melt chocolate chips and butter and spread over peanut butter mixture.  Refrigerate for about 5 minutes and cut into small pieces.
